In his 15 years of experience, Joe has made a career out of finding better, simpler ways to solve complex problems. After studying Financial Economics in college, Joe pivoted into construction management with eyes wide open to the industry's many opportunities. From stints with a large General Contractor in the DC area, to a CRE Developer, and finally an Owner’s Representative, Joe has guided processes, managed teams, and led projects over a $300 Million portfolio.
A personable leader and gifted, multi-sport athlete, Joe recognized early in life that achieving success is a team effort. Today, Joe approaches his work with the same mission of maximizing the value potential of those around him.
Since childhood, Joe has grown up with a fascination for how tech simplified so many of the world’s challenges, and in October 2021, Joe launched PRx. Combining his passion for solving complex problems with tech and his diverse perspective on the construction industry, Joe’s goal is to accelerate the trajectory of the next generation of construction managers and to ring in a new era of evolution and technological advancement across the construction industry.

At the end of Joe’s 5th grade basketball season, after competing for the coveted prize of MVP, he was instead awarded with a “Certificate of Availability” … To this day, we’re not sure what his coaches were trying to convey with that “award”, but it was both motivating and fortuitous because, years later, virtually every success in Joe’s life has a direct correlation to making himself available.
